Our Community

Community connections are the keys to a satisfying life, and at Temple Adat Shalom, you will find a myriad of ways to connect. Begin by joining our congregation as a member.

Our Men's Club and Sisterhood are waiting to welcome you to their diverse and engaging communities within our larger Temple community.

Your children's religious school experience can be enriched by participation in our youth groups.

Seniors will find an array of social, education, and wellness programs at the TAS Senior Center which we host on Mondays and Wednesdays--membership in the NCIC is free for current Temple members.

Interested in social action? Our Action for Social Justice Committee welcomes you to join their work in our community garden which provides fresh produce for clients of Interfaith Community Services, help staff our Winter Rotational Homeless Shelter, participate in blood drives, Mitzvah Day, and more!

Our Chavurah Committee facilitates "matchmaking" of small groups of friends within the congregation, and our Outreach Committee sponsors programs specifically designed to be of interest to interfaith couples and families, as well as those who are considering or in the process of converting to Judaism.
